As the data controller, we are responsible for deciding how and why your personal data is processed in connection with The Multi-Talent Ecosystem Method™ and all related communications, applications, and program delivery activities.
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of personal data:
Identity & Contact Data
Application & Program Data
Financial Data
Communication Data
Technical & Usage Data
Sensitive Data — Important Notice: Some application questions and Program interactions may result in you voluntarily sharing sensitive personal information — including details about your financial situation, mental or emotional wellbeing, personal relationships, or health. We collect this only to the extent that you choose to share it, and solely to understand how best to support you in the Program. We treat all such information with the highest level of discretion and never use it beyond direct Program support.
We collect your personal data through the following means:
We process your personal data only where we have a lawful basis to do so under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and — where applicable to international Participants — under principles consistent with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We use your personal data for the following specific purposes:
What we will never do with your data: We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for commercial purposes. We will never use your application responses, personal circumstances, or Program interactions for any purpose beyond delivering and improving the Program and our legitimate business operations. We do not run targeted advertising or use your data to profile you for third-party marketing.
To deliver the Program, we use a number of third-party platforms and services. Each of these platforms processes some of your data as part of their standard operation. We select third-party tools carefully, but we are not responsible for their independent privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of each platform listed below.

Each of these platforms operates under its own privacy policy and data processing terms. The Company does not control the independent data practices of these platforms and accepts no liability for how they handle your data outside of our direct instructions.
The Program serves Participants internationally, and the third-party platforms we use — including Zoom, WhatsApp, Fillout, and Google — may store and process data on servers located outside Israel, including in the United States and the European Union.
As an Israeli sole proprietorship, we process data primarily under Israeli law. Israel has been recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection for personal data transfers from the European Economic Area (EEA), meaning that data may lawfully flow between the EU/EEA and Israel without additional safeguards being required.
For transfers to countries outside Israel and the EEA, we rely on the standard contractual clauses and privacy frameworks implemented by our third-party platforms — as referenced in their respective privacy policies — to ensure your data is protected to an appropriate standard.
If you are based in the EEA and have concerns about how your data is transferred or processed, please contact us at v.asia.mainoffice@gmail.com.
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, and for as long as required by applicable law:
When data is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is securely deleted or anonymized so that it can no longer be associated with you as an individual.
Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and — where applicable — the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you and information about how it is being used.
You have the right to request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data we hold about you.
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records under Israeli law.
You have the right to request that we limit how we use your data in certain circumstances — for example, while a dispute is being resolved.
Where technically feasible, you have the right to receive the personal data you provided to us in a structured, machine-readable format.
You have the right to object to processing where we rely on legitimate interests as our legal basis, including for direct marketing purposes.
Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal date.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority (PPA) or, if in the EEA, with your local data protection supervisory authority.
To exercise any of the above rights, please contact us in writing at v.asia.mainoffice@gmail.com. We will respond within thirty (30) calendar days. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. Some rights are not absolute — where we are legally required to retain data, we will explain clearly what we can and cannot do, and why.
Our sales page and linked legal documents are currently hosted as static HTML files via Netlify. We do not independently deploy cookies, tracking pixels, or behavioral analytics tools on these pages at this time.
However, certain third-party services connected to our pages may collect technical data as part of their standard operation:
As the business grows and we introduce additional tools — such as email marketing platforms or social analytics — this section will be updated to reflect those changes with clear, advance notice.
The Program is designed exclusively for adults aged eighteen (18) years and over. We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or process personal data from anyone under the age of eighteen (18).
If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a person under eighteen, we will take immediate steps to delete that data from our records. If you believe we may have done so, please contact us immediately at v.asia.mainoffice@gmail.com.
We take the security of your personal data seriously and implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it against unauthorized access, accidental loss, alteration, or disclosure:
While we take all reasonable precautions, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is entirely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data, and by participating in the Program you acknowledge this inherent limitation.
In the event of a data breach likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority as required under applicable law, without undue delay and within the legally required timeframes.
Our sales page, legal documents, and Program communications may contain links to external websites, platforms, or resources operated by third parties — including Zoom, WhatsApp, Fillout, and social media platforms.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or data collection activities of any third-party website or service. This Privacy Policy applies solely to data processed by the Company in connection with the Program. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any third-party site before providing any personal information.
We reserve the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our practices, the Program, applicable law, or the third-party platforms we use.
When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify enrolled Participants directly by email. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting your information.
Your continued participation in the Program following notice of an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any change, you have the right to contact us to discuss your concerns or request deletion of your data to the extent permitted by law.
For any questions, concerns, or requests relating to this Privacy Policy or the personal data we hold about you, please contact us in writing:
All written requests will be acknowledged within five (5) business days and responded to fully within thirty (30) calendar days. Where a request is complex or involves a significant volume of data, we may extend this by up to a further sixty (60) days — in which case we will notify you of the extension and its reason.
If you believe your data protection rights have not been respected, you have the right to lodge a complaint with:
We are committed to resolving any data privacy concerns directly and transparently. If something about how we handle your information doesn't feel right, please reach out to us first — we would always prefer to address your concerns directly and as quickly as possible, before any formal escalation becomes necessary.
